Cynthya joined Framework as a support manager in 2018, and previously worked for Brady PLC and Temenos as a Lead consultant for over a decade.

She currently manages the Customer Support, Release Management, and Documentation functions in Framework. She has a degree in Information Technology from MS University India and has a passion for exploring historical sites.
