Karim has over 20 years’ of experience in the asset management front office environment, operational change and strategic design areas. He has held multiple leadership roles, encompassing large-scale infrastructure and operating model redesign inclusive of systems selection, integration and workflow. He is a thought leader on regulatory changes across all asset classes and functions.

In 2006 he co-founded CYMBA Technologies, a leading provider of Front Office Financial Technology Solutions for Asset Managers, before its acquisition in 2016. He also holds non-executive roles at both FinTech Start-Ups and Charitable Foundations.
