Lejith has around 25 years of experience in leading large-scale software product engineering & program/delivery management for enterprise applications/ platforms in financial services industries.

Prior to his appointment as the Director of Indian Operations in daappa, he was heading the software delivery team for Western Europe & Mobility centre of excellence at 3i Infotech and worked in management capacity in Mphasis/HP in India.
