Support Services Manager
Cynthya joined daappa as a Support Manager in Jan 2018. Prior to daappa, she worked with Brady and Temenos as a Lead Consultant for over a decade.
Cynthya manages the Customer Support, Release Management, and Technical Writing functions in daappa. She also plays a key role in the Quality Assurance function that focuses on establishing, maintaining, and improving processes within daappa.
Cynthya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology.
She has a passion for visiting historical sites and travel journaling. She also loves reading medical and historical fiction.
