Cynthya Sharmy

Cynthya heads the Support Services team in daappa overseeing Support and Release Management functions. She also plays a pivotal role in Quality Assurance, focusing on the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal processes within daappa.

Prior to daappa, she worked with Brady and Temenos as a Lead Consultant for over a decade. Cynthya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology.

She has a passion for visiting historical sites and travel journaling. She also loves reading medical and historical fiction.
